About Voyager Ladakh
Leh-based adventure planning
We are a local team from Leh planning trekking, mountaineering, motorbike, spiritual and cultural journeys across Ladakh.
Designed with the people of Ladakh
Our routes are designed together with local guides, village hosts, conservation teams and regional operators. That means realistic pacing for altitude, homestays where the welcome is genuine, and support teams who know exactly what to do when a pass closes or the weather turns.
Whether you want an easy walk through apricot villages, a 6,000 m summit, a ride over Khardung La or a quiet week among monasteries, we plan it around you — and make sure the benefits stay in Ladakh.

Founder & lead guide
Meet Tsewang Chosdup
My name is Tsewang Chosdup, a Ladakhi guide, historian, and passionate explorer with more than 7 years of experience working as a professional guide, supported by 3 years of earlier experience as a trekking and hiking assistant.
My journey in tourism began on the ground — walking the trails, exploring remote valleys, meeting local communities, and learning directly from the people and traditions of Ladakh. Over the years, guiding travellers has given me a deep understanding of not only Ladakh’s landscapes, but also its rich cultural heritage, traditions, monasteries, history, and way of life.
With a Master’s degree in History, I have always been fascinated by the stories behind the places I visit. For me, travelling through Ladakh is not simply about seeing beautiful mountains; it is about understanding the history, culture, people, and traditions that make this region unique.
Today, I am the Founder of Voyager Ladakh, created from years of real, on-ground experience. My goal is to offer travellers authentic and thoughtfully organised journeys that go beyond ordinary sightseeing — from cultural and spiritual experiences to trekking, hiking, biking, and exploring the lesser-known corners of Ladakh.
At Voyager Ladakh, we believe that the best way to experience Ladakh is to travel with local knowledge, explore with curiosity, and connect with the land and its people.
Come explore Ladakh with us — not just as a destination, but as a story waiting to be discovered.
What we stand for
How we travel
Sustainability
Low-impact planning: small groups, leave-no-trace camps and routes that respect fragile high-altitude ecosystems.
Community
A network of village homestays and local hosts, so your journey supports the families who live along the trail.
Local guides
Regional experts who grew up in these valleys and know the passes, the weather and the stories.
Responsible travel
Respect for monasteries, wildlife and local customs is built into every itinerary we design.
